At Run Fit NYC we believe that running can be both physically and mentally rewarding.
Our runners learn to become runners by properly educating themselves through the following principles:

- proper foot care and correct running form
- stretching and cross-training
- visualization and imagery
- proper goal setting
- responsibility and communication
Some want to meet a PR (personal record).
Others want to be held accountable.
Many want to get away from the monotony of generic running programs on the market.
You may need the discipline and structure of a schedule.
While some perform better with private one on one running sessions.
Our goal is to inspire you through running and cross training sessions so that you can feel comfortable throwing on your sneakers and going out for a run no matter what.
